The decision to reach for the phone and to ask for help can sometimes be difficult. That is why I fully respect your effort and your time when you first contact me and I encourage all questions that you may have prior to making an appointment
Appointments are usually 50 minutes in length and are generally spaced according to individual preference; although weekly is preferred at the beginning.
I value your confidence and trust and that is why I am committed to conducting our sessions in an atmosphere of utmost safety and confidentiality.
